    3. Update PhysicX:
        - last PhysicX download page

    4. Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++  2005 and 2008 Redistributable

    5. Set Compatability mode on bf3.exe
        - right click on bf3.exe  file -> properties -> compatability tab -> select Windows XP -> press OK button

    6. Try run the game as an administrator - right click on bf3.exe file -> select "Run as administrator"
